Arts in the Park – Young Writers Workshop

NEW writing adventure for students ages 8-16 — at Wildlife West Nature Park in Edgewood. Classes will be on Saturday, OCT 5 (9am-2pm) and Sunday, OCT 6 (2–4pm). After students go on a guided tour of Wildlife West, they choose an animal to feature in their short story. Best-selling author, Allison Bruning, guides students through the entire writing process from pre-writing to final draft. Students stories may even be published through Crimson Sparrow Publishing Company! Cost: $20/student (bring notebook, pencil daily, and lunch for Saturday).
