Summer Reading Program: National Museum of Nuclear Science & History

THURSDAY, JUNE 27 ー Ever wonder what the air pressure is like in outer space or how far the planets are from one another? The National Museum of Nuclear Science and History will lead a demonstration using a vacuum chamber to simulate the almost nonexistent air pressure in outer space. Then participants will gauge relative distances between planets in our solar system.
