Wildlife West Family Music Festivals
Two new bands will perform at Wildlife West Nature Park’s Family Music Festival this Saturday, July 29, 2023, in Edgewood. The Jammin’ Time Band, who have been performing together for more than 10 years, kicks off the event at 4:30 p.m. This fun and lively Albuquerque band is no snooze when it comes to boot stompin’, truly rockin’ music. Then at 7 p.m. local singer and guitarist, Steve Hall, will play music featuring a rhythmic finger-picking guitar style with elements of pop, folk, country, and bluegrass selections from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with a few contemporary pieces thrown in.
Between performances visit the wildlife zoo and experience 20 species of native wildlife including 2 curious cougars, 4 adorable tree climbing grey foxes, a magnificent bald eagle, the largest black bear in New Mexico, and all the other friendly wildlife and raptors. Enjoy dinner in the park from local venders and watch a free-flight raptor show.
