Together, the Edgewood Lions and Sandia Mountain Lions have organized Food Drives at two local grocery stores on Saturday, MARCH 6 (10am-1pm): Smith’s in Edgewood and Triangle Grocery in Cedar Crest. They are requesting canned and boxed food items, with an emphasis on proteins such as canned tuna or chicken, and peanut butter. All donations are welcome and benefit East Mountain Food Pantry which serves hundreds of families in the East Mountain region.
