Lazy LIzard is proud to announce their second “Wine Paring Dinner” on Saturday December 7th at 6:30 pm. Chef Lincoln has prepared an exceptional menu and pairing for each course. The Restaurant will be closed to the general public at 4pm for this event. Reservations and a deposit are required in advance. Please stop by or call to reserve your spot asap as spaces are filling up quickly. The cost is $40. per person for the wine paring dinner and the menu is as follows:
1st course: Wagner Conundrum Champagne
Frisee & endive salad w/ Mandarin oranges, walnuts and cranberries served with a Stella Rosa sweet wine vinaigrette
2nd course: Wagner Conundrum California Red Blend
A lightly dusted pan fried Beef Tenderloin tossed in a mild red chili and tarragon cream
3rd course: Wagner Mer Soleil Chardonnay
Your choice of pan seared North Atlantic Sword Fish Steak garnished w/ fried leeks and a mango chipotle salsa
OR
Apple and Walnut Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Medallions drizzled w/ a traditional béarnaise
4th course: Wagner Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon
Flourless chocolate torte with blackberry whipped cream
When you make your reservation a deposit is required and please specify either the Swordfish or the Pork Tenderloin.
